Doug and his team are great. They helped me move from my condo to your storage facility to my new house. Even during the winter storm we had, Doug was very thorough to keep me informed with the time they would arrive. The move went as smoothly as possible. Doug is great and you are lucky to have such an amazing and accommodating employee. Your staff at your office also helped explain the process from moving items out of your storage and were accommodating with the date I provided to receive my items. I'm impressed with the prompt responses I received from you team at head office. I will definitely be referring your services to others and will be using this company going forward.

From the moment we asked for a quote, we knew we were dealing with professionals. Lisa, Amanda were quick to provide the information we needed. Doug, Curtis and Brandon were an awesome team; great guys who obviously enjoy working together. They were courteous, respectful of our property and totally entertained us and made us feel relaxed through this time of stress. I don't even know where to begin with our moving experience with Two Men and a Truck - Toronto Beaches.
Two of your movers got into a fight IN MY KITCHEN! One of the movers used my baseball bat to beat the other one. I had to call the police and kick them out of my house. Four hours later, after filing a police report and an ambulance took your mover that was assaulted to the hospital, another crew finally showed up to complete the move. My assumption was that there was no way that any reputable company would have the audacity to charge us after this debacle. Or at least, they would offer us the move at a seriously discounted rate, but no. They charged us the full rate for a full day move. When I called the office and left a message the next day to follow up, I received no call back.

we were very happy from start to finish. their staff who moved for us were happy and smiling. The only thing was that it took twice as long to drive, as it was estimated.

Doug,Alex and Adam were all amazing!! They were accommodating, careful and hardworking with my older client's belongings and they all were an absolute pleasure to work with!!! They also came in under quote and my client and her family were all thrilled with the service. They have promised to refer Two Men and a Truck Beaches far and wide :).

Our move was confronted with obstacles, not to 2 Men’s fault, at the start. However, once we finally got a dedicated elevator. The movers (3 men) couldn’t have moved any slower. Even my builing’s super and concierge commented on their slow progress. I think things could have been done more swiftly and perhaps assessed earlier in the day. My move was ultimately aborted and reassigned to a second day.

Response from the Office was quick and courteous. The driver was on time and called to let me know he was enroute. My only issue was that a 3 man team was booked and only a 2 man team showed up. This contributed to the move taking longer than planned and the 2 men had to work harder at moving items. Overall attitude and communication was excellent.

The movement could have been done faster. Spend more time than it was expected to move from move A to move B
