I booked this move at the last minute, after the completion of a renovation. We had a terrible experience with another company moving out prior the renovation. This move was a dream in comparison: the moving crew of Jesse and Alex were terrific (fast, friendly, and efficient). Thanks to both of them, this was a stress-free experience!

Recommended by care home though I had seen the trucks in my travels. (Thought the name was catchy!) My experience was totally excellent. When a TTC bus was broken down in front of my home at moving time and the team acted with such good humor and professionalism, I knew I had made a good decision and was in the right hands. Moving a parent into a home is extremely stress-inducing and I just want to thank everyone at Two Men and a Truck for making my life just a little bit easier.

I rated overall and team "good" because they caused some damage to the condo elevator. I am still waiting for resolution by the company on this. But the guys were great and handling my property was excellent.

Our experience was great - we were working with an unstable moving date, and we were able to get our moving date moved around relatively last- minute to accomodate. I had a really great experience with the office staff, and my husband and brother-in-law had really good experiences with the movers themselves (I wasn’t actually present at the move, so I didn’t meet them). This move was logistically complicated for us, and you guys made it as easy and as clear as possible from the moving company perspective. Thank you!

Initially I was disappointed that only 2 movers arrived at my house although I had booked for 3. Apparently the 3rd mover had not shown up for work that day. However, the 2 movers were outstanding. They were professional, courteous and they worked tirelessly to get the job done despite the 37 degree temperature. I was extremely impressed and would use your company again based entirely on their performance. They made the hellish process of moving so much easier and manageable. They both deserve high praise and a significant pay raise. If all of your movers are like this, your company will never fail. Please extend my gratitude to both for their efforts especially in such extremely hot weather.

The moving team was punctual, courteous, reliable, responsible, respectful, mindful of our property, hard working and motivated and tried their best to accommodate our needs. Nothing was broken or damaged or went missing. The team was pleasant to work with despite the numerous stairs and levels in both of our houses. The office team was quick to contact us for a quote and the person providing the quote was very professional and I liked the presentation of information and helpful materials that were provided.

The moving crew was fantastic. John and his team were up front about the challenges of the spaces and what the strategy for the move would be. Moving itself is frustrating, but the crew definitely helped to create a smooth, less stressful experience.

Graham was incredibly professional and he and his team remained focus on moving us in as quickly as possible even though they had a lot of stairs to navigate on one of the hottest days of the summer. Thank you.

I had two different quotes from the two people I spoke with. First woman was rather rude and was nearly double the estimate (which was never sent) of the second man I spoke with, who was great and provided reasonable estimate that proved about accurate. I gave your office ratings of acceptable. If only her it would have been poor, and if only him it would have been excellent.
