We were very pleased with all aspects of our move.

My older clients and I again enjoyed exemplary service from Two Men and a Truck! Will, Curtis and Val went above and beyond to ensure that everything was cared for brilliantly and the furnishings from the house were safely re-secured. Everyone was helpful and pleasant, accommodating a bed delivery from an outside source as well as narrow service elevator times at the retirement residence. My clients and I were delighted!

The moving team was very good. Rob was the lead guy and made sure everything was properly wrapped and kept the team motivated, he is an asset to the company and should be acknowledged for his professionalism.

The men were courteous and respectful. Worked hard and carefully and gave excellent service.
The move took too long though, it took an extra almost 2 hours to get the sofa into the house. I suggested to take the moving blankets and cushions off, and disassemble the couch. And when they did it it was quick and easy. It would have saved me a lot of time and money if they'd come up with that themselves, which I would expect of a moving company. They still charged me for all of that time, just for a mistake they made. I also found out that they had had a large move earlier in the day which made them fatigued, also contributing to the speed of the move being slower and causing them to not think clearly and of the idea of taking the couch apart.

My sister and I were very surprised and delighted with our moving team. They were courteous, obliging and very respectful of our belongings.

The moving team came on time and started loading the truck promptly. They were fast and quick with loading boxes; sometimes a little too quick to our liking for items marked as fragile. The team's inexperience with moving large furniture is pretty obvious. They did not utilize angles, which resulted in walls and door frames being damaged during the move. The plastic covers we placed around mattresses and furnitures were ripped or removed during the move. We had to wait for a second team to arrive to help with moving a larger item. When the second team arrived, they were much more experience and you can tell they know what they were doing. For the premium price we paid for the move, I wish I had gotten the second team instead of the first team that arrived.

The two men that we had were such nice guys. They were funny,efficient,courteous and just all round pleasant

They even called to say the traffic was bad so they would 15 minutes late. Wow

I enjoyed dealing with Two Men & a Truck - office staff and movers all had professional, courteous attitudes. Movers arrived on time (slightly early, in fact) and finished job efficiently, in the amount of time originally estimated. My move day was much less stressful thanks to you!
