Jason, Al and Carlos all went the extra mile for this move!! As our client chose to take considerably more with her than recommended, this could have been a stressful move. This team was excellent. They quickly and carefully transported all and came in under quote for my older client :).

Our guys (3) were very accommodating and eager to help. They may have lacked some experience in moving very large items but otherwise they were tireless and our move took the entire day. To get everything into the locker (we were not moving to a new house) was a huge challenge but was done masterfully. The guys offered advice when needed and took instruction well too. Fantastic service from start to finish. The moving team were on time, communication was great, and all went well. Great experience, again, as this is the 2nd time we've used them. Absolutely would recommend!

Overall, we were very happy with the service provided, except for 2 things: 1. we had to pay for 4 hours for 2 hours worth of work because of the minimum requirement , 2. the movers were supposed to arrive at 2pm, but they were unable to arrive until 6:00pm. We were given phone call updates throughout the day, but it meant that we were unable to have evening plans AND the movers were very tired when they got here and were moving in the dark. This was not ideal on either front. They were on another move for the whole day and didn't even have time for dinner. This scheduling does not allow for good treatment of employees, especially those who are working with heavy physical labour.

We only had a small move but they were great and fast. Young guys that worked hard and were very polite.

Great experience from start to finish. Only one small issue - two of our bed pieces were left on the truck and so we were not able to set up our bed on move day. However, definitely not on purpose and the movers were extremely helpful and personally delivered the missing items the very next day! We also had to pay for a parking ticket incurred during the load-in, which was an unexpected cost, but i guess that's Toronto living!

Two Men And A Truck was recommended to me by a close friend. Mike Hart the representative that I met with originally was great. Friendly, articulate and thorough....good follow ups prior to move day. The Movers Elijah, Adam and Noel, were all very polite, and conscientious throughout the day. Special props to Adam in particular that was very solutions oriented and determined to get things right.
