My only comment would be to protect appliances better. Both new appliances have scratches on them now! I'm not sure if it was because of not enough wrap or it happened during putting them in place.
Also, either have the movers move a little quicker or allow for longer time frame in the estimate.

The moving team were great. They wrapped everything in moving blankets and plastic wrap. No items were broken or scratched.

Moving was so much easier with Two men and a truck! The office staff was really thorough about the estimate, which helped with planning. We received phone calls before moving and on the day of to go meet the truck at our new location. Moving staff were polite, professional and very thorough. Thank you so much!

Bad estimate-6 guys 8.25 hours but only 5 showed up but at 4 o’clock another had shown up and by the end of the day there were 8 they finished around 10:30 pm.
At the beginning when moving into the new house they would go the my wife as to where to place the boxes etc which by the way were all labelled as to which room.
By the end of the night they placed them anywhere.
Unacceptable!
