Saskatoon Community Involvement

Two Men and a Truck Saskatoon and Regina is very pleased to have co-sponsored the new FM radio stations in Saskatoon and Regina: 95.9fm UCB Radio, Regina, and 103.1fm UCB Radio, Saskatoon. 

These stations focus on positive, uplifting, family-oriented music.We supported these two significant events as we wanted to give back to the community in a positive and impactful way. Through our financial contributions and attendance, we helped make these celebrations memorable, featuring performances by the Christian Rock band Sanctus Real.  UCB Radio's vision is to Ignite Hope across Canada through Christian Music Radio, creating an engaging media connection that encourages faith and spreads positive messages of God's Love, helping people live fulfilling lives.

The Mikey Network(opens in a new window) is a charity that promotes heart healthy lifestyles, and places as many Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs), which they call "MIKEYs," in as may public places as possible. We are proud to participate in their Mikey On Board program.  As part of this program, all TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® moving trucks are equipped with a MIKEY defibrillator and all TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Saskatoon movers, drivers, and staff, have been trained to use a MIKEY AED.

We hope these AEDs never have to be used, but since our moving trucks are travelling throughout Saskatoon, Regina and the surrounding communities every day, we are glad to have these life saving devices moving throughout the community with them.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Saskatoon was happy and proud to deliver some warmth and cheer to the  Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital, with a donation of warm blankets to keep the patients comfortable this winter.

Since they granted the first wish-come-true in 1984, they have created joyful experiences for more than 25,000 children coping with a life-threatening illness. As the country’s largest and only all-Canadian wish-granting charity, they create joyful experiences that profoundly impact the lives of more than 1,000 children every year. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Saskatoon is very proud to support this amazing chairty.
