Your moving guys were EXCELLENT!! However MUCH time was wasted as they got lost - your office failed to give them the directions I provided. Then it took about 45 minutes to figure out how to bill me at the end of the day. I paid for both these delays at your regular rate. I did receive a small credit but no where near enough to compensate. GREAT movers - your company processes-not so much!!
