The two men i had were very polite and courteous and had a sense of humour amd were always hard at work the whole time

The movers were not able to find our place and kept driving by several times before they had to call and be directed. They did not have the proper straps for moving furniture. They must have bee new as they didn’t have any clue about angling furniture through doorways. When arriving with the furniture they damaged walls ceiling and trim. I was charged more than my estimate even though the movers were lost and did the damage. I tried reaching out to Daysi and the admin team asking for some compensation but none was offered. I would NOT recommend your service to anyone with this experience. I will NEVER use your service again. I would like someone to at least contact me in regards to the matter!

Time was twice what was estimated by myself and to receptionist so I would recommend more training for them so accurate quotes can be given at time of booking.

Called in 4 days prior to my move to confirm, told my move was confirmed, my CC details taken and I updated my ph # on the account, the day comes along - as does the time my move was to occur. After 30 mins of no arrival by the team, I called in. Initially told that a team was on its way "5 mins ago" all was good. Until I rec'd a call back again 5 mins later. Nothing was good. My confirmed move was never booked! My CC details never entered and my phone number never was updated. Panic and frustration on an already frustrating day! The mgmt hurries to organize a team and finally 2H15M after my move was to begin, they arrive. Team was great once there. After, my comp... A 5% discount for my time, inconvenience and frustration - $25 is all MY time was worth to them. Wow! Never again!

They had 9moves that day, I was the 2nd. The manager called to apologize and had me rescheduled. I waited patiently and they kept to the rescheduled time. They boys were swift, courteous, funny and very careful. Hardworking and smiled throughout the entire process. Loading and unloading in 3.5hours. They even let my boy see inside the truck and that made his day. Thanks a lot for your excellent services. I would gladly recommend

The guys at the office and the guys that moved were excellent. I am really happy with their service.

Other than mixups over what was getting moved (reclarified it once with the office but when the movers arrived they had a quite different idea again ... totally inconsequential in this instance) everything was great!

The gentlemen that helped me move were very respectful and did an excellent job.

Although there was an initial mix up of the timing of our move our overall experience was great! Zach and David were a great team and managed to move us to our new home efficiently!

Will definately recommend them to anyone who is needing this type of service.

Excellent Service! In house complementary estimation was good option. Great service from estimation officer as well as actual 2 men came for moving stuff with truck. I will highly recommend this to others to have hassle free moving without hidden cost. Two Men and Truck actually cares about customer.
