We had fantastic moves with TMAAT - our first move was stalled due to weather, but they were able to schedule us in to finish quickly. They were conscientious, careful, and considerate with our items. They worked quickly and efficiently.

My experience with two men and a truck started off ok, but when moving day arrived I was a little put off by the movers conversing constantly in another language that I could not understand , they were very good at pointing out any damage to any furniture before moving it but were seemingly trying to cover up any damages sustained from the move. Unfortunately I’m Limited as to how much I can type.

Very sorry to hear of your experience. Must have been an off connection for everyone that day. We do have a 96% customer satisfaction rating which is only earned by good customer service. Deeply apologize and certainly do hope things have turned out for the better for you.

overall disappointing. communicated with office to rectify issues and discuss. instead got excuses for every concern i had.
Was told damage to the wall was not from them. which 100% was. i do have pictures from before move. Instead of trying to communicate it was just a list of excuses.
