This was my first time using movers, and what a difference. The crew were amazing, and careful. Some of my furniture are antiques, and they took extreme care to ensure they arrived in tact and damage free. The gentleman who moved me were courteous and personable. It made the move more comfortable and less stressful. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family and use them again.

The guys were great! Very accommodating, friendly, approachable. On time, fast and efficient! They were pleasant, seeming to enjoy their job. Most definitely would recommend and use again if needed. Price was also better than two other estimates I received. I only remember one name unfortunately :( it was Jordan but there were two other men that worked hard as well! Overall a great experience.

We gave very detailed instructions over the phone about how many boxes to bring and what would be required. The team showed up completely unaware of anything and completely unprepared and lacking supplies we gave very detailed information about how to pack things in the trailer starting with the heaviest things first small things and pre-packed boxes last completely disregarded I didn’t have room!

I must start by saying my team (Mustafa and Graham) were amazing. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only suggestions would be to get rid of the 3 hr min rate especially when it's a small move for persons with disabilities. Also the time shouldn't start until the movers arrive at the destination. So many things can affect the time it takes to arrive from the yard to clients house.

Peter was unprofessional and argued with me to use straps after dropping my stove. When I asked him to use straps, he said “do you have any“ instead of getting his own.
The 3rd guy that left at 12 and was replaced was actually the best. He told the others, “you have to wrap that it’s glass”, he was great. I’ve used this company 3 times and it is definitely my last.
