The truck broke down making them 4 hours late. I had given a local contact number to the office because I am out of province and when the truck broke down they kept calling me instead of the contact. The movers were also not notified they would be doing a dump run after the move. Everyone was very pleasant.

You guys are great. We have used you several times. The team we had this time was Hunter's team. We have had Hunter before, they were amazing quick, careful, respectful, knowledgeable, can't say enough great things about them. They get a 10++++ from us. My move was scheduled between 2-3pm. I called multiple times when they did not show up or contact me. I was told I’d get a call back and I did not. I called again and was hung up on. Then, 3 hours AFTER my scheduled move, I was cancelled on. Absolutely ridiculous and I still haven’t received my deposit back.
