A bit of trouble coordinating with the office since I went there right after phoning and found that they were on lunch. Could have been mentioned or hours of work could include being off during that time.
The move itself was very good. The 3 men and a truck laid down floor mats at both pick up and delivery locations and the furniture was wrapped in protective plastic which was perfect in snow.

Hi Ron, I do apologize for the inconvenience of office not being open when you arrived. From time to time, there is only 1 office member onsite, and they may need to step out for a few minutes unexpectedly.
