The moving team was decently efficient. There was only one incident and that was with our couch. It is a tight fit out the door however instead of using finesse to get the couch out the door brute force was used which damaged a door frame and scratched some fabric on the couch.

Very professional moving crew. Team was polite and got the job done quickly. Didn’t waste time chatting. Was disappointed that I did inform head office that I had a marble column to move, six days before the move. Request was not noted and while confirming Monday move date the Friday before I asked about the column and was informed they couldn’t make a crate in time.

The crew was great and very professional. Had a good attitude throughout the day despite some logistical hiccups with the elevator, building booking, etc. They were eager to help and got everything done on time. Made things so easy for my wife and I!

Excellent job, everyone did a great job and Terry was the consummate professional. Very friendly and efficient.
