Excellent service by the movers. Because your website couldn't locate my rural home my move time was underestimated by about 30 minutes. The guys moved the pieces exactly within the time allotted but had to drive an additional 15 minutes each way. Once again I am impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of your team.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of our moving team. They expertly packed and moved all of my mother's possessions and there was no damage to anything. They even provided me with recommendations on improving the safety of some of the furniture items. I was impressed that a supervisor visited to see how the move was progressing. The crew showed up on time and was very pleasant and engaged. They reviewed the property and boxes that were to be moved and started right away. I was told they would have extra red carpet runners to protect the floor(they didn't). A few pieces of furniture were damaged and 1 unique ceramic piece broken. I will file a claim and send pictures. Unloading was chaotic and disorganized and rushed.
