I was impressed right from the start with the call to the office. They were patient and waited for me to name all of my belongings to give me an accurate quote. The staff that showed up was friendly and professional. They worked hard and smart, keeping all of my belongings safe. They had a system that worked well and they worked well together. I am a realtor and will recommend them.

The service was excellent. I would recommend Two Men And A Truck without hesitation. They were efficient and brought additional packing materials. They even helped us with the unexpected disassembly of a trampoline. The two gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. The pickup and delivery process was easy. My move estimate was for 3 hours and I believe I paid for a 3 hour minimum. Even taking into account that the clock starts when the guys leave your location, it still only took a little over an hour. It seems a bit much for that length of time.

The moving team for my son's move from a third floor walk-up apartment (5 sets of 7-step stairs) to another walk-up apartment (1 set of 7-step stairs) were exceptionally courteous, capable and patient.
They were faced with a huge challenge ... the packed boxes alone filled half the truck, and it was a large one. Words cannot adequately express our appreciation and admiration for these men.

It took 4 1/2 hours to get my stuff into the truck and to my new location, and it only took an hour and a half to empty my whole house. I am very disappointed with the fact that professionals were not sent to me. There was two holes in my bed and two very dark permanent stains on my brand new beige couch. Charged 1 extra hour before they even got to me i could keep going, awful customer service

Office underestimated the time for the movers. The 3 to 5 hour estimate turned into 7.5 hour move. I called the day before move to update regarding boxes needed for the art and TV. They showed up with all the original stuff discussed, and not the revised request. The office did not communicate effectively with the movers. The movers were great, very careful and worked hard and efficiently.

The moving team were great. Fast, efficient, careful, helpful.
