Extremely disappointed with the process of this move. We had movers with us from 9:30-6pm. Took 1.5 hours to figure out how to move a fridge up a flight of stairs. My husband ended up moving stuff himself as it was taking too long to get things in the truck. Dented and scratched floor, chunk of drywall out, tore up the grass at the new house.
We wanted movers to make it easier, not stressful.

From beginning to end the whole experience was wonderful! All our questions were answered professionally and promptly by office staff. Their reassurance made a difference. The moving team were efficient, helpful and made us feel well looked after. They respected our belongings and were friendly,hardworking and got the job done in good time. We would highly recommend this company .

Thank you for the amazing service. The customer service answering my call was quick, efficient, and on the ball with response. Now the two men who came with the truck were excellent. They wasted no time getting the furniture protected and packed safely into the truck. When they arrive at my new place as soon as the furniture was off the truck I was asked where it should be placed. Awesome Team

The two men were very helpful and accommodating. This is the only way to move furniture.

The office was team was very responsive and courteous in helping me get my move booked and even when I had to cancel and then rebook.

The movers were polite and respectful. They took great care in wrapping and moving my things and asked my input when unloading. Very reasonably priced as well.

10/10 would recommend to my friends and family.

We had issues with the delivery of our storage container. Office and moving staff were understanding and flexible, moving things around to still complete the job the same day. Moving staff were awesome….polite and completed the job in 2 hours to meet tight timeline! Thanks

Felix, crew lead was very helpful and professional. Was a few times where the other two crew members seemed to lack direction and perhaps weren't as efficient as they could have been. Overall the crew were helpful, polite, and, careful with my boxes and furniture. I would recommend to others or use them again if I was moving.
