I had the worst experience. They were suppose to arrive at 2:30 pm as they knew my apartment elevator was only booked from 3-5pm. They called and said their truck was going through an inspection. They only ended up showing up at 4:30pm which means they only had 30 min. They had my keys and I had to buy a blowup bed to sleep in as they didn’t show up that night. One guy was old and moved very slow.

I was immensely impressed with the moving team. They were cheerful, polite and worked very quickly considering the task set out before them. I dreaded this move. The team made it appear as if it was "no big deal". Items arrived safe and sound and I very much appreciate the care taken to ensure this.

Two men and a truck are as professional as they come, starting with the dispatcher who was very understanding and took all the time required to go through the particulars of this move item by item, and provided an accurate assessment of time and costs.
Due to the distance of the move, the men agreed to come one hour early. They handled our furniture and effects with care as if it was their own.

Our moving team was incredible. They were kind,polite and efficient. The experience was far less stressful as our moving team was so willing to help out, get our items where we wanted them to be and always willing to make it happen. So happy with our experience. Give these guys a raise!!

The movers did a Great job however I feel charging $200 from the time they left Regina till they returned Plus mileage is extreme.

My primary complaint was that they were 3 hours late and I did not receive a call to inform me of that.
I called & they said they were going to call me back & didn’t.
I think that they should be checking in with the client to give them an estimate of their arrival,
