The whole process with Two Men and a Truck was smooth and easy. The office staff were helpful, direct and informative. The moving staff were efficient, prompt and knew their stuff. They loaded our stuff quickly and we felt piece of mind knowing everything was going smoothly without having to lift a thing. This was our first time using a moving company and I would definitely recommend them!

My move was changed by the company from 12pm to 2pm but the moving team took an extra job and the pickup time became 5pm. This created significant problems at the pickup building. Delivery to the new building was not completed until 7pm. I discussed this next day with the office staff and they agreed to a fair reduced charge. This is a demonstration of their commotment to good customer service.

I was unimpressed with one of the movers you sent. They did little work and made the other guy do most of it because he "worked 2 weeks straight". The work would have been done more efficiently had you sent someone else. They also lost a few of my charging cables. They're communication on where they were and when they were taking brakes was nonexistent. I had to keep calling to find them.

Great service. Moved everything. Packed anything that wasn't there. Ran into some issues with the treadmill but followed up post move with a plan that was great!!

I was so worried about the move as I have never hired a moving company before. And I have moved several times in my life. The guys were very kind and just wanted me to step back and they would take over, That was hard for me ,as I like to have control, My son had to keep telling me to let them do their job. I stepped back and let them do their job. They were very professional. Thank you
