Our team was first class as always. Very careful with our belongings despite the poor weather conditions. I was really impressed with the detail they displayed when repositioning our furnishings in our new home.

The move team was excellent and early, however I was told 9 am and they were there by 8. I had to travel across the city to meet them, a better time frame would have been good.
A MUCH better explanation of the charges from the get go would have been good as I was not told of an admin fee until after my deposit was paid. Also, the way the deposit was taken and then reapplied could have been better

both times the guys felt proud of themselves doing what they do. thats key. im sure when one found out i hadxcancer, he did more for me, no thanks necessary. its about people.
