Moving truck clipped and damaged my eavestrough. Damage done to my fridge such that the door won't stay closed. Movers cut my brand new flooring when sliding fridge on floor rather than lifting it. In all, not a good job at all. Three acts of negligence which I am in a position to assess as a litigation lawyer.

I have used Two Men and a Truck a few times and each move was a pleasant experience. Their service is outstanding and the moving teams go above and beyond to make your move the best. They are awesome guys who are so obliging to any of your requests, professional in their service, and take the greatest care to move your valuables safely. Movers worked hard and manager who dropped by to guide them was excellent.
Unhappy with both the final cost and the communication around billing policy.
It should be made much more clear that you charge for an 8 hour day regardless of how long the job takes to complete. Same for billing customers for the time it takes the truck to travel to and from the yard. Other trades don't bill this way.

Hi James, We don't charge 8 hours if its not 8 hours. We charge from the time we leave our office till we get back. This would have been told and outlined to you before booking and also in your paper work that you signed before your move was booked Other companies do charge this way, if not, they will charge you another way. Employees need to be paid for their time.

Team that arrived to my site were great, and communicated well with regards to timing arriving onto site. Although we had a small job, we will definitely be revisiting two men and a truck for future projects.

I have already messaged contact about the very slow service, too much time wasted, took hour and a half to move 3 items. Small two bedroom home which was pack up should not have taken over 7.5 hours. TV was also broken and awaiting response as too what to do.
