Overall the service was great, guys were quick and careful (broke part of desk - guy didn't realize desk was take apart when he lifted one end and the other fell to the ground and broke.)

I have two complaints, one was the movers damaged the side door and scuffed up the floors at
the old, and new address. Fortunately the scuff marks were not scratches thus were removed
easily with no damages to the floors.

Did not like having to pay 45 minutes travel time each way. A 3 hour move turned into a 5 hour move.
Was surprised by the final total.
The guys were pleasant and polite and mostly knew what they were doing.
Not the strongest movers I’ve used but they struggled thru.
Would likely try another company if I ever move again which I hope not to.

Because of the long distance and time constraints the office staff and movers made sure the move was finished by the specified time. These are folks who really make the stress of moving so much easier. Thanks so much !
