I was able to get a moving appointment on very short notice and the the movers called and asked if it was ok to come early, which it was. They were able to get the move done way quicker than estimated so it was cheaper than I expected. Very reasonable rates, quick and careful movers, great bang for the buck. Will used again and recommend.

Accommodating and helpful office staff and the crew were top notch!
They were professional and friendly and took extra special care of my belongings.
Moving into my brand new house, not a single bump or nick on the freshly painted walls and cabinets.

Amazing service from first contact on phone to final check upon moving in. My only issue was that some of the breakable items were not wrapped and when I unpacked seem tossed in the box (e.g. blender, glass knick knacks). Nothing was broken but I was feeling stressed when I unpacked. All of my kitchen and china dishes were beautifully wrapped and protected. Otherwise - so happy with everything from the office staff, the packing team, the unloading team. They were all so friendly, respectful, and professional. Thank you so much and I know you'll be my first call next time I move.

All staff were polite and professional. The movers took time to acknowledge me throughout the process although they were busy. The men worked hard and efficiently.

Communication between packers and movers need improvement. Packers could've done a better job organizing how they packed my belongings in the box.

Movers couldn't remember which bed frames and pieces belonged to which bed.

Could not locate one of the set screws for my master bed frame that was taken apart. I'm pretty sure I asked for dismantle and to put back together my furniture. However, when movers came the next day, it was a separate crew from the packers and the movers weren't aware I requested to put my furniture back together and had no tools.

So the communication was somewhat disappointing along with the pack. Movers were very courteous and I tipped all 4 of them very well! So now I'm still at home putting my furniture back together.

The team that moved us last weekend was fantastic. Efficient! Friendly!

My experience with the company and the moving team was excellent. The first time I called the office, I spoke with Suzann and she explained everything in details and she kept in touch with me until the minute the moving started. She was very professional, kind and courteous.
The moving team was excellent as well and they know how to move stuffs. I was amazed at how professional they are and well behaved and well mannered.
They went above and beyond to make my moving experience with the company above excellent.
I can tell you conclusively that I am a happy customer.

I had given a great deal of information to the office staff regarding my move and a few changes that came up, the locations, etc. The first thing that made the move not as smooth as I had hoped was that the movers were half hour late with no explanation or apology for their lateness. The driver had called me wondering where to park even though I had told the office staff where to park. They seemed to struggle a bit with how to move simple items like a chair that only required one person to take it. We had to take most of the items down a hall way, through a few doors to get to the elevator. I decided not to get them to bring my piano back from the 2nd location as I wasn't comfortable with them doing anything extra than required. However, at least they were done in good time.

These guys work hard! It was a good moving day, all went well.

The team was hard working however, they did cause damage to my new house. I’ve contacted head office to discuss but no return cal yet.
