Efficient and helpful team who arrived in advance of the move and no damage to any of our stuff

My move went very well. The office team did an excellent job in consulting me every step of the way. The movers did an excellent job. Highly recommend

took 5 hours to move out of a condo that usually takes 3 hours, quicker move to my new place as we helped with boxes….9 hours total for condo that less than 900 sq ft…one of the guys told my 25 year old niece that women belong in the bedroom….they went to the wrong address, spoke twice to the office to approve charges, I was then left a nasty voicemail saying they hadn’t talked to me…horrible

They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were efficient and knowledgeable. Finished job in a timely manner.

Bolu and Promise helped me pack and move my stuff to storage. They were so kind and efficient. I was very happy that I ended up with them. They were patient and friendly. And even my baby gave them high fives for a job well done!!

The move team was excellent and early, however I was told 9 am and they were there by 8. I had to travel across the city to meet them, a better time frame would have been good.
A MUCH better explanation of the charges from the get go would have been good as I was not told of an admin fee until after my deposit was paid. Also, the way the deposit was taken and then reapplied could have been better

Everything was good except when booking we were told they would love our motorcycle “no problem” then when they arrived they said no. So now our motorcycle is outside covered in snow and we have no way to move it.

I had a very positive experience with my move. The movers were on-time, efficient, and friendly. Nothing was damaged during the move. The total amount charged was within the quoted range.

I liked that they charged an hourly rate, rather than number and/or weight of boxes. More stuff, higher cost. Less stuff, lower cost. That seemed very intuitive.

The office staff were also easy to work with.
