Great service. One small complaint is that the packers didn't mark the cartons from what room and contents. Other than that small oversight, excellent work.

We had an excellent experience right from contacting the helpful office staff to the on-site moving crew. There were many heavy pieces and the crew wrapped and protected each piece and took time when moving the furniture and didn’t rush the job. The office staff phoned us during the move to make sure everything was going ok. We had an excellent experience.

To start with the lady on the phone was polite and knowledgeable. I explained what i wanted and she gave me a complete breakdown of costs and schedule.
When the guys showed up they were polite and friendly. They were overly careful with my belongings and took direction very well. I was very pleased with how they handled some very heavy pieces and put them into place exactly where we asked them took.
It was snowy outside but they were careful to kick off their shoes to move about my house.
I was very very pleased with my experience with 2 Men and a Truck and will definitely work with them again in the future.

From the initial phone call to the wrap up the experience was concise and smooth.

It was a horrible snowy, windy, -31C on the Sat morning we had to move but we got through it with no issues. The truck was about 25 min late arriving in the morning but the roads were awful so was to be expected. We moved from one apt to another so elevators and busy buildings were a factor. Roland and his crew member were very polite, efficient and everything was wrapped and handled with care. I had used this company many years ago and when I checked online reviews they still had a great rating. Would highly recommend them for anyone moving.

Our movers did not wrap all of our furniture in moving blankets, even though the office staff said that they would. Two of the movers seemed to care and worked very hard, but the other two were basically being babysat - they were very lazy and slow. The movers damaged the walls and ceiling in the post-move house as well as chipped a few pieces of my furniture (not covered in moving blankets). I am fairly certain they also lied about the time. They were at our house at 9:15 and left by noon, but charged us for over 4 hours. The office said that her system estimated far less than 1 hour for driving to/from our houses, so this does not add up.

When I called the person who answered, Stephanie, was so personable and knowledgable. I had never used a moving company (and hope to never move again!) The movers arrived exactly on time and were ready to go. They were fast and my only complaint is that, I had to leave to meet a furniture delivery and they ended up leaving ALOT of things behind - I had to go back and bring two SUV loads of things myself.

The move went very smoothly and faster than I could have imagined. I had a few large and awkward items like a treadmill and other exercise equipment in an older house with narrow stairs but everything moved great. I will definitely use them again for my next move. My only mistake was trying to move the small stuff myself. I should have let them move everything and it could have been done so much faster with far less headaches.

The office staff was very helpful. The Moving team was very professional and worked extremely hard. This was a difficult move with complex large furniture that had to fit into a tight townhouse at the receiving end. I knew this would be a complicated move and that's why I hired a team of strong young men to do this form me. When we had to lift most of the large items up over a 2nd floor balcony, 2 more men were needed and the move went good with 6 guys. Wow, these men knew what they were doing! Thanks the 2 men and a truck, we got everything were we could get it and my back is intact. I will use these guys again on my next move.
