Everyone at this company is courteous and professional. The office staff is helpful, patient and wonderful to deal with. The movers were polite, great at their job, and treated all my belongings with great care. I would use this company for my next move and definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone requiring their service.

everything went smoothly. Movers were polite and personable. Movers were on time and efficient, ensuring time was not wasted. Movers listened to what we needed and worked with us.

When the movers came over - I wasn't ready. But with the movers help, I managed to get everything I wanted to be delivered to the new place without incident.

I found the two men very professional and the worked very fast.
They were careful and thoughtful in what they were doing.
Would recommend them to anyone.

Booked 1 month in advance, and listed everything I own for an accurate estimate (133 items total). Movers arrived late on the moving day (10:45am instead of 9am), with 1 man short (3 men instead of 4). Called the office many times for the 4th mover as moving is progressing very slowly. Left the house around 5pm, and could not load everything in a truck so had to return for the second round. Move ended at 11pm, and I got charged for 13 hours for 3 men and a truck, where the estimate was 6.75 hours for 4 men and a truck. Ended up paying 50% more than the estimate. Movers worked very hard so no complaints on them, but very disappointed on the lack of coordination and the poor estimate. Was promised for a partial refund, but no sign of it to date.

I found office staff less than professional/courteous. when i expressed issues, the onus was put back on me rather than asking "how can we resolve this?" When an item was left behind, i was not followed up with until i contacted corporate, and again, i was treated less than courteously. When I sent photos of damage.....broken decorative knob and cross section of wooden headboard snapped from dowel....the movers did NOT mention these issues on moving day, I did not receive follow up. The item that i was told "was never seen" by the three movers who walked by it numerous times (where it held the door open) was not moved. instead of sending someone to collect and bring it to me.....a simple fix....the issue was put on me. My former neighbor brought it to me several weeks later.

Everyone is exceptional. Polite, on time, efficient and hard working. Not only best moving company but one of the bust businesses we’ve dealt with.
