Overall we were very disappointed with your company.
While the 2 guys that did our move had good attitudes and were very hard-working, they were very poorly trained and ill-prepared for the move.
I was worried and concerned about their safety, they used improper lifting techniques and didn't use lifting tools like straps at all.
They took about twice the time I expected to do the move, so the bill was double what i expected. When we moved this furniture the first time it took a different moving company (with trained staff) about a third of the time.
Needless to say the move did not go as expected and while we have signed off the bill and paid, you should know that we are extremely disappointed with the operation of your company and your safety practices.

Only problem was they put packing directly on my dishes and it took hours to get it off, should have put paper under the tape.

Fantastic customer service (the office staff were so helpful and accommodating to any changes in schedule I made), and the movers had such a good attitude and were friendly to work with!

The moving crew showed up on time and worked professionally, courteously and constantly through the move. They didn't even take a lunch break. We were impressed at how quickly they moved such a large amount of stuff. Very happy with the team. Would use them again no problem.

A clothing hanging rack was lost in the move but it was not valuable to me. There was also damage to one of the legs of my leather sofa but the movers (Tommy and Tyler) were happy to record it and said that it would be taken care of. Other than that, the move went pretty smoothly and everyone I dealt with was professional.

unfortunately your team had dirty boots on when they went up our white carpeted stairs and the white carpeting in the bedrooms - it doubled our carpet cleaning quote, however they took greater care at our new residence and didn't leave a mark. I gave them a $100 tip not realizing that the carpet was a mess at our old place. Otherwise I'm quite content given that they took great care of our furniture etc. Cheers!

Everything went well but could have been done faster. Office staff were amazing and very helpful. Movers did a good job in making sure nothing was broken or damaged in transit. Movers were very courteous and focused on the task. Only area to improve is in the journey management. Will be helpful to do journey management and be sure of all the routes to the addresses before the move date.

Over all decent experience. There was a bit of confusion around the address, even though it was confirmed the day before.
The moving coordinator did not suggest wrapping paper as something we might need for breakables, so we had to get creative and use clothes, and blankets, and paper towel. There was no paper on hand that the movers could have used and charged for.
However, the rest of the move was fine, it was a relatively small apartment move with minimal items.

The move itself was amazing. The only issue was that the move wasn't booked on the date that I asked for and I didn't find out until the day that I thought I was moving. Thankfully I was able to do it the next day.
