We had a short notice move and 2 Men & A Truck were able to meet our needs. The price was fair and the process for booking was very easy. The staff in the office and the on the job were amazing, kind and helpful.

Sagir, Naqi, Glenn and Darcy were professional, knowledgeable and took care to ensure that my piano and other furniture completed the move in their original condition. I have had many moves over the years and I can say unequivocally that this was by far the best moving experience.

Truck was 90 minutes late. 2 / 3 movers were boys and tires after 1 hour. It took 7 hours to move half a truckload or stuff that was prepackaged, and furniture disssembled. Feel like I got ripped off for paying by the hour, would not recommend to anyone.

The guys were very courteous and helpful. Once they started loading the truck they never quit and once they started unloading the truck they never quit, very fast.

The movers were great, communication from the company however wasn’t. Movers showed up almost 2 hours late, and attempts to call were ignored. Good thing we didn’t live far to drive over and see if the move was still occurring. No compensation was given unfortunately, and the original quote given to me actually doubled. Not 100% sure I would use this company again.

I chose Two Men and a Truck for my move because I was very impressed with the office staff. From the first conversation to the follow up phone calls and detailed quote and invoice I was happy with their professionalism. The movers themselves were very polite but I was disappointed by a couple of things. First, the foreman Jed was only with us for the first part of the move before he had to leave. The unloading took much longer than it should have without Jed and the 4th mover (whose name not even the other movers knew) barely contributed. So it was basically the work of only 2 movers on the unload. I would’ve saved money if Jed had been there because it would have taken much less time to finish the move. Overall, I was very happy with Jed, Mark and Kyle.

Although they were almost 90 minutes late to start the move they more than made up for this one little issue! The guys worked extremely hard to get the move done on time even though they were on man short! Nagy, Gurdeep and Glen were awesome.

We had a dispute between the quote and the final rate. Chose TWO MEN AND A TRUCK based on the many reviews that talked about how accurate quoting was. Somehow even though it was well known we were moving out of a condo the time for an elevator was left off the quote (odd as every competitor quote came in around the same time including the elevator) problem two became one of the three original guys had an injury so they back filled with a younger individual. Either way actual move was 6.5 hours compared to the 4.25 quote. Still waiting to hear back from "management" on resolution and what they plan on doing with the two items damaged during the move. All employees are extremely pleasant and nothing but great interactions with office staff, other than the move cost 70% more than the quote.

The only issue was the truck was two hours late due to unavailability of a truck by the rental company. I did ask for a discount for the delay which was granted.
