The large truck broke down however the company rented a very large UHaul truck and were there within the hour. The 3 men were very efficient, friendly and very careful with the fragile items and art . They were very patient with the client who was moving out.
Would recommend those 3 staff anytime you move!!!

The movers were 3 hours late. I talked to the person at the office and they made some excuse that their truck wasn’t working and were trying to rent a truck. If this company is so professional and puts and cares for the customer first, then why would they charge me almost $800.00 . I had to fight to get them to reduce the price plus I had to help them move my couch in.

The truck broke down making them 4 hours late. I had given a local contact number to the office because I am out of province and when the truck broke down they kept calling me instead of the contact. The movers were also not notified they would be doing a dump run after the move. Everyone was very pleasant.

The truck was scheduled for Saturday at 4:30 - 5PM. The job before us ran into serious overtime and our pick-uo was bumped. The only thing that would have been better for us was if someone had called to let us know about the delay and reschedule. We waited from 5 to 830 pm with no news. Just a quick call would have been much appreciated. Everything was great other than that.

Manjot and Kevin were great with moving all our stuff carefully and placing everything where I wanted. They were very professional and were great with taking there shoes off where there was carpet!

Your movers need to map their travel so they know where they are going before they start. Instructions to the movers need to be made clear by office staff so there are no delays and clients don’t have to be contacted numerous times.
