Our moving team was amazing! The whole process was very easy and the team was very friendly and professional. We would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone requiring moving services!

First contact was great! Once it was booked communication no longer seemed important. Was unable to review documents once signed. Movers were 35 minutes later than the high end of estimate. They never called when on the way. Drove erratically. Damaged my bins. Did not provide finalized invoice before processing despite when I called they said they would provide one before charging my card.

The driver of the truck was very “rammy” and rough with things he moved. The other two were very pleasant. My son and I both helped them with moving items because they showed up 3 hours late. The broke a desk and a lamp -im still waiting to connect with the office for a settlement

As seniors that have not ever used a moving company & haven’t moved in almost 40 years. The office staff walked us through the process and the two teams that picked up and delivered were so professional, fast & and respectful of our carpets & hardwood floors. NOT one item was damaged!

Ill start with the fact my movers were awesome and kind. Worked hard and deserved every dollar. The office team is a joke. I was quoted ~1400 for 4 men and a truck. End up getting charged ~1600 for 3 guys. I call and one lady just leaves the line open and hands me off to someone. who tells me to email some email and say everything and it'll be fixed. Well its not. Haven't even got a reply.

Once the crew got here the move went quite smooth. The 2 movers we had were friendly and knowledgeable about moving furniture. My only complaint would be better communication. They showed up 1 hour late which isn’t the problem, a phone call indicating you are running late would be appreciated.

Was a great experience and will use Two Men and a Truck on our next move!

I was told they would arrive at 9, they arrived late. No masks were worn inside the home. Shoes were worn all throughout the house and the new house with new carpets (I’ve had to clean those carpets since). My son’s bed was broken during the take down and they put it back up without proper screws claiming there were no nuts to tighten it with and set it up anyway for me to discover later
