Once the crew got here the move went quite smooth. The 2 movers we had were friendly and knowledgeable about moving furniture. My only complaint would be better communication. They showed up 1 hour late which isn’t the problem, a phone call indicating you are running late would be appreciated.

I was told they would arrive at 9, they arrived late. No masks were worn inside the home. Shoes were worn all throughout the house and the new house with new carpets (I’ve had to clean those carpets since). My son’s bed was broken during the take down and they put it back up without proper screws claiming there were no nuts to tighten it with and set it up anyway for me to discover later

I have sent numerous emails, I have called about 15 times, 2 months later and still no results. I want a break down recipe. You over charged me and I have the proof that you did. I keep being told someone is going to look into it and still no one has gotten back to me. You guys are a bunch of crooks. I will never use you again and I will tell everyone not to use you either.

The two gentlemen who moved our treadmill were fantastic. They were very careful and great to work with. We will definitely recommend them for any moving job needed!

Daniel and Hassan from Two Men and a Truck that came to help us move my parents were great! I even asked if they could go back and lift the mattress on their queen sized bed to put the bedskirt on, and they did it very happily. Both fellows were very friendly and polite and willing to do whatever we needed.

From my starting phone call with Zilfa, through to the mattress and box spring disposal, I found this company to be professional and very efficient. The appointment was set up quickly with a time that was convenient for me and the two gentleman were prompt, courteous and professional. Thank you, all.
