I was informed by my friend that he had used 'Two men and a truck ' about 12 years ago. He had very good things to say about the experience. I went with my friends recommendation and chose your team. I am gratified that I went with that decision. Your team provided excellent service right from the initial process to the end.

Rating everything “excellent” looks sceptical, but my experience was just that. Excellent! No wait to get ahold of office staff, following day quote, affordable and flexible pricing (my original quote involved a full house move, by two days prior only the big items were left - I was accommodated with no hassle or negative attitude). Movers were polite, respectful and hard working while being delicate and safe with our belongings and a smile on their face the whole day. Received two calls on moving day from office to see how my moving experience was going and if I had any questions or needs. I can’t say enough, my moving experience was just that. Excellent!

Huge thanks to your company the movers had a good attitude, open communication with me and were a pleasure to be around!

Came 2 1/2 hours late. In rush to get done. Did not wrap furniture well and both sofa and chair damaged all along the bottom as they would not rewrap when it fell off going out the door. It was too heavy for them and they could not manage. Then they charged an hour more labor.
To move a sofa, chair , boxspring and mattress and shelf they charged 4 hours and it is damaged.
I refused to pay the extra hour and they refused to fix my sofa and chair

Overall the experience was positive until the actual handling of our furniture. Lack of care and planning led to a fair bit of damage. The movers seemed inexperienced and used poor judgement in how to manage specific items. Now we sit and wait for a damage claim to be processed. In the mean time we can’t move ahead with settling in to our new home.

Estimate wasn’t accurate and I required double the expected boxes. Packers ran out of supplies within one hour (three were planned). Was not aware we had to pack most items despite the packing service. Truck was 30 min late on move day. Truck was too small so I had to pack and move my office and storage unit on my own; this was a huge disappointment as we expected a full move and also had very tight timelines at origin (clear out) and destination.

The service was generally good just not very happy how high the prising turned out to be, too high.

The 2 young men who moved our furniture were excellent in their care and attention to walls, etc. as well as to the furniture itself. Very efficient and professional

Great experience!!! Richard and his team member were a great help and they were extremely careful! Very fast service and very friendly people. Richard really went out of his way to make sure we were happy! I would most certainly use them again!

the moving team of Mervin, Manut and Joachim was excellent they handled our things very carefully., took sufficient time and care to pack them well and move them carefully. everything was dismantled and assembled with great care. we are extremely pleased with the service.
