I think the hours of service is not acceptable. The working hour should be started from " when they meet the cutomer" not " departing time from office and truck is tooo big

Great experience! One amazing lady moved all my stuff fast and efficiently. Would have been so speedy if there were two of her on the team. Would use this service again!.

Fantastic guys. Seamless move. No breakage. Very good drivers.

Workers were very friendly and had a great work ethic. They took great care in protecting the furnishings during the move. Their expirence and teamwork made the move worry free, and actually completed under the estimate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing professional help moving.

The two guys were very patient with the over size sectional getting it to fit into the elevator. They were very good with the care of wrapping the large pieces of furniture. They made the moving experience very easy.

I was not very satisfied with the moving crew that completed our move. The biggest problem they had was moving a big and heavy couch down a set of stairs. When they got the couch to the landing they were not sure of how to get it out of the door. They looked it over and tried one way that didn't work. Then they tried another way and that didn't work. After resting for a while they tried a third way to get through the door and made it out with assistance from myself so they wouldn't damage the couch. In my opinion they didn't have the experience they needed to assess the situation and complete the task quickly. The rest of the items they moved they did so acceptably. I also think that the company should have placed movers with more strength as these men were struggling.
Brian.

they showed up on time and were pleasant. Did the job quickly while taking care not to damage anything

Truck backed into door breaking glass...limited concern for safety of family members who were in area.

Movers were very friendly and careful. Will definitely recommend this company to others!

I felt that the time involved and time taken was not transparent
