First, they showed up 4 hours early. The email I received indicated between 2 and 3 PM, they arrived at 10 AM.

I felt the movers wasted a significant amount of time to pump up the bill. Watched one of them carry a SINGLE (read 1 - ONE) couch cushion to the truck at a time, 3 times.

Then, instead of loading a dolly with boxes (which I had stacked in 2 areas to simplify things), they carried each box out individually.

Once at my new home, I realized part of my couch was missing. Asked the movers about it and one of them admitted he had put it aside and forgotten it. They were debating with me on who should go pick it up... They eventually did, but I should not have even had to discuss this.

I will never hire an hourly moving company ever again.

Professional courteous and efficient. Extremely good at their jobs. That is how I would describe the moving team who helped us out. The job was also done in less time than estimated which saved us some money. I would certainly use them again. Well worth the money.

I chose this company because they were willing to do an in-home assessment and I felt other companies that only offered over the phone quotes were underestimating the time it would take to load all of my belonging. As I suspected, based on the in-home assessment, much more manpower was needed. It was estimated it would take 4 men 4 hours to load my belongings; however, it actually took 7 hours and because the movers were so far behind schedule they became less and less careful. My daughters bed was broken, they did not reassemble the furniture at the destination as promised and everything was quickly unloaded and place haphazardly anywhere they could find.

I'm glad I chose Two Men and a Truck. They were able to accommodate my move with 3 days lead time. I was moving a Master Bedroom suite and living room suite. The king size bed from the bedroom suite was heavy, and it had to come down 7 stairs to a landing, then make a turn and 7 move stairs down to the main floor. I was concerned about damage to the walls in the stairwell and the movers were careful - no damage to the walls. The other piece that was a beast to move was an armoire in the living room that held my TV and music system. It was one solid piece at it was heavy as well. It had to go down 7 stairs at the new location and again the movers were careful not to ding the walls and doorways. We had a bit of a misunderstanding on the price of the move, but they resolved things amicably.

Our original move was into a storage unit as a temporary place until this move, which was a month after. All of the furniture was wrapped and packed by 2 Men. During the move I noticed the furniture was poorly loaded onto the truck, lacking tie downs. I called the office to let them know that it's packed in a way that would cause damage, but was reassured. Unfortunately, I was correct and a few expensive items including a couch were ruined. Now the 2 Men and a truck are pointing the blame on us, saying it was our responsibility to ensure that they were packed and padded, even though 2 Men and a Truck were in charge of that. I'm convinced it will take a lawsuit to remedy at this point. Really unfortunate experience.

Great experience. Went smooth. Mad moving back into our Fort McMurray rebuild worry free and no stress. Thanks so much guys!

Overall moving crew was good; they were extremely care with my belongings. Only issue was they were not prepared for an out of city move for directions & insuring their cell phones were charged. The office staff were fabulous with all aspects of my move...very satisfied with my move!

Special thanks to Obi and Anthony!! They were both very kind, respectful, courteous and very hard working. They came on time and did not leave until we were fully satisfied with where all our stuff went in the new apartment - they were both very patient with us. Hi, we were quite happy with the service of your company. However, just a couple notes to perhaps assist to improve - the driver spent about 10 minutes trying to maneuver truck and went slightly under our neighbour's front lawn; the exterior light by front door was struck and position of it moved about 30 degrees of an angle. At new site, my husband helped to move things from the truck since our apartment's elevator was blocked for a certain time.
