Two of the movers were excellent, hard working, cheerful, and worked hard. The other two of them were not hard working and one in fact was complaint frequently about being tired and working too hard. We found that unprofessional. The "quote" for the move was just a guess, I suppose, and we paid double what we were quoted but the team did not move our entire household. We spent the next several days moving the remainder of our possessions ourselves.
Overall we were dissatisfied with the service and did not receive value for money.

The 2 men and a truck did a great job for us, taking special care to wrap all the furniture in blankets and moving everything with caution so nothing was even nicked. Thanks!

You sent two people that wwre being trained and the “supervisor did a lot of standing around. One worker was folded your blankets while we were moving on my dime when he should have been moving things

The movers showed up late. They showed up at 10 am when they were supposed to show up at 9:30. They were 2 really small guys and I was not sure they were even going to be able to move some of the stuff I had. Nice guys but they worked slowed. It was really hot out and they were sweating really bad and almost passing out. I asked them to take a break, if the company they work for would allow that, but they just kept working at a very slow pace and almost passing out ( it was +30 out). They did take a 40 minute lunch break which they deducted 15 minutes from my overall time. They were 2 hours over the estimated time and I had to argue with them to deduct some time on the account that they were late. They tried to tell me that the billing starts at the office when they leave at 9 am.

Once our move got started on the day the move went well. Staff at the office beforehand and the movers themselves were very nice and helpful.

We did have one complaint and that was the movers and truck were an hour late getting to our location for the move. An hour late is no acceptable when there are other people and schedules involved. The office /dispatcher told me they had to switch trucks and the movers told us they were late because of paperwork? Not our problem; the movers were late on our last move as well. This is something I am sure your company can improve on. Thank you.

The movers did a great job and were very careful with my furniture. They were both friendly and had a good attitude.

Movers backed the truck into my landlords house and I have not been contacted yet (over 7days ago) with the conclusion to the issue after having contacted the office multiple times.

Not everything from my apartment was moved because it was not listed. When I called the office I mentioned the items I had, forgot to mention I had two TV’s moved said that they could not take all items as not on the list. Phone staff should walk you through this process, moving is stressful enough and people will forget to mention items. I had a few wooden boxes and they were not taken because they were not on the list. On my quote it stated that they would be there for 4 hours, moved told me that they had another appointment at 1:30 that was the time they were supposed to be done my place. They were done quicker than they thought and was given a $90 rebate which I passed along as a tip.

Our movers did an amazing job. We had a lot of furniture to fit in the truck and they did a great job packing the truck to make it work. They were calm and patient and took the time to take care of our important furniture items that we had.
