I was very pleased with all aspects of the team, from the time I contacted them about my move. The movers, TJ, Lemar, and Roland arrived promptly, were informative, courteous, and very careful with my furniture, making the move go very smoothly and quicker than expected. The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team was the the right choice for my local move and I would definitely recommend them to others, and use them again for any of my future moves.

We were moving some furniture to the Collingwood area. It would be nice if Two Men and a Truck gave a bit of a break to the hourly rate when it included 4 hours of driving. You also need to provide your drivers with a better GPS and better cellular service when they are travelling out of the GTA. No fault of the drivers but they got lost and then had no cell access since FIDO does not work well outside of the GTA. These two things may have resulted in extra time - therefore extra cost above the estimated cost.

The two gentlemen who assisted us were fantastic, particularly Brad - he was very accommodating and helpful.

Office staff (Nancy) was extremely helpful. Available on the weekend. Really feel she went above and beyond. The movers were excellent. They were efficient and got everything loaded even though there was more than they were expecting. Excellent overall.

We hit a few snags but the “two men” jumped right in there and adapted.
Plan on using your services again in the future without hesitation.

Nancy in the office was super helpful and friendly, and the crew was excellent! They took good care of our stuff, worked quickly, and went out of their way to lower the stress for us!

Mike and Eric were AMAZING!!!! They were fast, careful and very easy to communicate with. Their positive attitude toward the long day ahead of them help me get through the day. I would gladly recommend them at anytime.

If I had to move again I would definitely use to men and a truck. The 2 gentlemen that we had moving my parents belongings were excellent and really took time and cared about our personal belongings.
