The move went well but the movers damaged my moving elevator in my condo and I ended up with a $200 charge from my building because of this damage. I've tried to contact the team for a refund but no one seems to be getting back to me

Overall the service was good, the issues I had is that my movers arrived late, and we had already communicated about our schedule and some hard time limits we had. Because of that they rushed the job by the end and tried to leave up to me some final items. Other than that they did a good job. We had some minor accidents with walls and that but very small ones and understandable based on the space.

Our moving crew were amazing. I wish I could remember their names as I would highly recommend them.
