My experience with the office staff on the phone was very positive and they were both extremely helpful. I think I spoke with Karen (?) and Harvey at different times. I did feel that the $50 fuel charge was quite high, my move involved 2 trips of 1.5km.

Philena and Rory were both awesome. It was so great to see a woman working with you.

Overall, I would definitely recommend!

1st: I'd love to give you a review, but my phone won't seem to connect to the links you've texted me. I tried manually inputting the link address and that wouldn't work

But all of that said, the moving experience was easy, stress free, friendly, and efficient; the office staff was great, and the movers, specifically, went above and beyond in providing us with a stress free move!

Excellent service from beginning to end. The movers showed up on time and finished on time.
Polite, clean and careful throughout the move.

Everything was professional and perfectly executed. Thanks Again.

The team was absolutely amazing. Quick. Courteous and very careful with our belongings.

Amazing job by the 3 young me that came to move. They problem solved a large couch extraction and took extra care with all the aspects of moving.
I beyond happy with the work completed.

Great job from start to finish ... thank you!

I appreciated the care team that team took handling my things and I tipped them very well for this.
I am incredibly disappointed that the team were unable to move my couch back into my basement where the team originally moved it from. This has caused me to have to rearrange my living spaces and purchase new furniture that I hadn’t budgeted for. I will be sharing my disappointment with others

movers you hire are professional, beyond their youth
