I’ve used the service twice, I must say my husband and I were really impressed with the moving team the second time around...

I was beyond disappointed in the move crew . I specifically asked for 3 guys to make the move go faster. The crew were all young and two of them were very inexperienced - not sure they’d ever moved someone before. The third basically “supervised” - did some prep and wrapping, barely carried anything. They did not use a dolly which would have made things more efficient certainly in the move-out, esp for heavy stuff. They damaged my ex-landlord’s steel door getting my sofa out (it got in without an issue!) and IMO they did not know what they were doing. They would not listen to my suggestions either, I’ve done this before and KNEW what would work. I hired a professional mover for a reason, and these guys were NOT professional. Why should I pay full price for a training session? Refund please

The guys were super nice and explained everything. They were considerate, hard working and more than helpful. We felt our things were safe in their hands. Thank you!

Staff was efficient, friendly and easy to deal with. Process was made quick and simple!

I was surprised that the 2 young men did not complain, not even once about the stairs they had to climb to my new place. ( up three stories, 6 flights of stairs) They where happy, joking around with us, and friendly, but also hard working young men. Would referral this company anytime with a smile.

We were completely satisfied with our move. Only disappointment was they damaged the banister and front door with a dent of the house we were moving out of.

The 3 people who moved our furniture to our new home were the most amazing, fast-working and skilled people we have ever hired. They were most amenable to do anything we asked of them and always with a smile on their face. We will certainly recommend Roger, Falina, and Tyson to anyone in the future who is thinking of moving. They were the only company to do on site quote. Previous family member had used the company and there experience was good.

The men who did our move were polite, and clear about information. Friendly and humorous. Enjoyed their work ethics , and will highly recommend your company. Will use again when family situation warrants. Thank you. karen
