Thank You for taking care of me. From start to finish you made me comfortable with the process. Moving can be emotional and your team was excellent and considerate.

We moved our son into his first apartment, and I thought Mark and Steve were very good. They were friendly and really took good care of the furniture. I was impressed how they handled the furniture up the 4 flights of stairs . Over all the service was exceptional and I really appreciated the job that was done. I will definitely think about using you folks again in the future on other moves and telling other folks as well if asked.

The office staff and the moving guys were good and took their time. They were careful with our items.

The two young men were excellent, courteous, punctual and worked quickly. Very pleased with everything.

Made a huge difference that the manager came out for a walkthrough and quote. Very professional and helped my decision.

Very happy with the professionalism of the office staff and Movers. Disappointed that a wheel on my antique stand was broken off and lost. And wheels on another stand (inexpensive) also broken. These items moved up from NB and then into storage and then to my apt without any damage.
Funny when elevator key dropped down shaft. However, disappointed that co only covered 1/2 of recovery fee.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this company.

The 2 men and 1 women were fast and efficient and pleasant. There was a little damage done but I am sure they will address it. I would recommend using them as they only charge by the hour and we saved some money doing small boxes ourselves.

The service was very easy to put in place; Melissa in the office explained things to me and then Justin came to see what was to be moved then produced a very detailed list. The truck arrived on the dot and the three men (not two because they had to deal with a slow elevator) were quick, well organised and obviously knew exactly what they were doing. Mark, James and Luke worked very well together and had a very pleasant and jovial relationship. Although it turned out to be a long day and with some tricky moves, there was never a cross word or any sign of frustration, we actually had quite a laugh. Mark was insistent in making sure that anything that had been taken down (hat rack) was put back in place exactly. They all went out of their way to complete this job to my satisfaction.
