Had an amazing experience with the movers! They were nice and professional! They were respectful to the property and moved quickly. There was absolutely nothing damaged or marked! We will highly recommend two men and a truck to our friends and family!

Movers did not have tools to take things apart. I had to lend my tools. A mirror was broken on transport, and brought to my attention by the movers. They filled out a damage report. I asked them if they wanted me to transport the mirror and they said they would take care of it. I have moved many times in my life, including internationally, so I am aware of disclaimers around mirrors, paintings, and other fragile items. They assured me they would package it appropriately for the move. Now I am being told it was my responsibility. Why did they fill out the damage report then, and say that I can make a claim for their error. This is not right.

Nathan and his coworker (I forget his name) were amazing! They were on time, very reassuring that they would take good care of my things, and fast. Fantastic attitude and hard working. i would definitely recommend your company, and specifically these two guys!

It was a week ago that I used them & I'm still very upset! On packing day they came without supplies; moving day they were one man short! Boxes weren't detailed, some items weren't wrapped, 'Jackson' came out to see what was taking so long and he was rude, disrespectable and miserable! He left a metal cupboard behind as he said it wouldn't go up the stairs and the men had to leave? It has been moved for 25 years!! They arrived late to new location, didn't assemble shelving so boxes were placed all over the basement. When I insisted someone come the next day, they only put 4 of 5 up and access is blocked to one section. I am so angry, I want someone back to assemble shelving so I can use it!
I can't find some kitchen wares?? Some items were broken & damaged! Word of mouth can do damage!

The Office staff made quite a few mistakes. From delivering the boxes to the incorrect address to scheduling errors. The office staff were friendly and helpful however seen very disorganized and that frustrated me.
However.... I am absolutely blown away by the moving staff. They were careful, friendly, professional and all around just fantastic. Finished up ahead of schedule with a work ethic not seen much these days. Well done.

Melissa was very pleasant, the 3 fellows that came to pack & drive the truck were pleasant, 'Jackson' was rude, disrespectful and miserable!!! The move was a nightmare and took the enjoyment out of moving to a new city, Justin gave an estimate and then when I agreed to use them, Harvey came out and gave an estimate almost double the original! I should have used that as a clue bur time-wise had no other options.
On packing day, the fellows came out with no materials...had to use what I had...and the nightmare had begun!! Justin removed just $300.00 from the bill, it should be more! Now that I am unpacking, I am running into issues...broken lamp, some items not wrapped, some things just thrown into a box..and I have just begun! Word of mouth can be either good or bad advertising!!! Audrey

This experience was nothing short of perfect - very professional and hard working crew that handled our move with care. A VERY high standard of customer service. All the employees were polite, courteous and conscientious. Thank you again.

The movers had such an outgoing and friendly manner. They were quick to help and answer any concerns that arose on my part. Despite the fact that getting some of the large items onto a small elevator presented quite a challenge, they never rushed or got impatient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!!
