When I was booking the moving , I told the person who picked up the phone that I have a piano and a locker but when the movers came, they showed me that no mention about either the piano or the locker in the form. The movers were slow in moving and they got the floor scratched when they moved piano out and moved it in. They took the dolly (I borrowed from the property management so that can speed up to move the things in the locker) away and haven't returned it back until now.

This was a terrible experience.
1. Theee movers were sent. One did almost the entire move on his own. The second assisted but complained to me of backache and the third remained in the truck the entire move. (Except for the one occasion where he assisted with a dining room table. This resulted in more hours being accrued as there were not 3 movers doing the move.
2. The mover in the truck spent almost the entire time in the truck on his phone (have pictures to show). He was also seen smoking in the truck with all my possessions.
3. For some reason they refused to use the ramp until the very end. In spite of my asking them to do so.
4. A patio chair was dropped resulting in the finish chipping off and rough edges.
5. A dining room table was dropped.
No more space to continue.

The service was all-round excellent, both from the office team (Scott was a standout) and from the guys on the truck. Graham and his team were fast, efficient and took good care of our possessions. I particularly appreciated how well they coped with some last minute difficulties in accessing an elevator, and a planned drop off of items to charity. The unexpected events could have been a disaster, but they handled it all with good humour and a great attitude. Thank you all!

I am more than disappointed and will be taking this to smalls claim court. They lost a table top. Also will be making sure I reach as many people as possible. The customer service in regards to my table was well below average (Poor), couldn’t get a call back, finally told to bad a week later after me calling three different times and waited for a call back. Terrible business and I will definitely be going to the courts and social media.

Very prompt service. Hardworking and reliable movers. Fourth time time I have used Two Men and a Truck. The two men on this move were very courteous and worked very hard to get everything done in my time slot. I would only use this company for any of my moving needs.

This was the worst moving experience. The movers destroyed a balcony door, damaged furniture, freshly painted walls, had to make 2 trips because they failed to remove all identified furniture,charged 50% more than the quote + additional 'fictional hours'. No offer of compensation for damages or reduction in fee. I would not under any circumstance consider recommending this franchise!!!!!

The movers were professional and friendly and incredibly efficient. My sole criticism is that they didn’t put back together properly the futon bed we had and was awkward for me to fix it. Other than that one criticism, I thought they were excellent.

On the day of my move, I was told by the movers they could not do it due to parking. A manager was called and suggested the movers park the truck exactly how I had asked them to and was told no. The manager said he was going to move the truck, he never did. I was now presented with another quote, that I had to sign, or my move was not happening. The day of my move, leases expiring and new home waiting, I was effectively in a lose ,lose situation and had to sign the quote. The original quote included hoisting and was the same property I was now being quoted a higher sum for.One mover spent a lot of time on his phone, they da,aged my old home so that repairs had to be made, they da,aged my furiniture in one case breaking a picture frame. Itgot to the point where I could no longer watch

The men made my move very simple including a lot of fragile stuff and wardrobe boxes which they filled themselves and unloaded into my new closets! Speedy, friendly, experienced and helpful
