The guys who came and dis the moving were friendly and professional, they did an excellent job, you're lucky to have them in the company!

Not a good experience. We had elevator bookings in two different locations that we needed to stick to, and our movers disappeared for an hour between locations (excluding the actual travel time), exhausting one of our elevator windows and making the rest of the move extremely rushed and stressful. While we waited for them, I called the office, and the csr could not identify where they were. Since we had no time to waste while our elevator was booked, my 60 year old mother and I had to move everything ourselves, which we were not prepared for. When they finally arrived, it took them almost 45 minutes to wrap our TVs while we loaded the truck for them. Although I spoke to the office, I never received any follow-up. Will not use this service again. Would appreciate resolution.

The office staff needs to understand that they are ambassadors of the company. If my daughter hadn't rated the movers services so highly then office staff will have been a turn off....amanda was awesome but there was another guy who need to be well trained in customer service before placed on the phone .....he seems to be new so I guess allowances can be made for him

Moving team were great and fun to have around. I'm moving again out of storage in a month and would like to have them again.

The movers were friendly, fast and efficient. They helped position some of my belongings when they learned I have a neck injury. Very helpful! I'd recommend them anytime.

The two guys that helped us were so nice and funny!! Made the move enjoyable! Would definitely hire again!

The move was excellent however shelves belonging to a bookcase were not delivered to one of the addresses. The shelves were left in the truck. Initially I was told that the shelves would be dropped off that same day and placed on the porch (Sunday, May 20th). I was then phoned and told that someone would drop them on Tuesday. The shelves have not been delivered. I have left messages but no one at the office has gotten back to me. This was a very expensive move and at very stressful time. I was billed for the full 4 hours as agreed and the move was completed in three. The company was swift in its communication with me before payment was completed. I would appreciate if someone would kindly follow up with me. Thank you.
