I would like to say that I was very happy with the service, however only one of the two movers met my expectations. Rob was fantastic - great person and really knew what he was doing. His partner - who was clearly new - seemed like he had no idea what he was doing and was not attentive at all. He seemed to have difficulty following simple instructions from both Rob his driver/partner and from us. Disappointing considering Rob was so great.

I would like to thank and compliment your company (Bridgeland Location, Toronto) on the excellent service on the move you performed for us. I would especially like to thank our movers Will and Marco for their professional, courteous and helpful service during the move. Their service and work ethic in caring for our belongings was above and beyond what I expected and you should be very proud of these two employees as they are a credit to your company. I will therefore, without a doubt or reservation, highly recommend your company to anyone who requires your services and I will also be calling you for any future move I plan to make. Mike K

The move took longer than expected.i had everything ready to go, but from the time the guys arrived until we drove away with the loaded van, it took almost hours. I lived in a townhouse and the guys who moved me the last time were a lot quicker.
