Mover damaged one of our furniture. One mirror did not appeared in the new place

Movers were very timely, professional and efficient. Only constructive feedback is that it was quite pricy considering my mom was moving to a retirement home so it was only a room of items she moved. It only took 2 hours, but we had to pay a 4 hour minimum and were quoted 4.5 hours. Also, movers had a HUGE truck for such a small amount of stuff and were under impression that it was a bigger move....perhaps there was a miscommunication! Perhaps there should be a special rate for seniors that are moving into retirement homes as generally itandacirc;??s a small job.

Overall, experience from beginning to end was quite smooth and efficient. Movers did a great job and finished very fast.

Although I was happy with my move and the moving company the one thing I have to say I wasnandacirc;??t so pleased to do was serve water to my movers as they seemed to have no water of their own. Obviously I wouldnandacirc;??t deny anybody water it was a bit distracting having to give them water every so often. Aside from I would say the move was overall good and one my best moves and I have moved 14 times.

Overall I was very pleased with the service. However, I was a little surprised that the drivers do not bring some basic tools that were needed to take a door off its hinges.

The guys were great, on time courteous and everything was well secured and packed tightly.

I would like to suggest that the movers let you know when you've reached the 4hr min. (or your quoted fee) so there are no surprises at the end when the bill is calculated.

The estimate was good. When the movers arrived they were not aware that they were supposed to do a pack and move. They contacted the office and had boxes delivered quickly and had a great attitude. Very professional and quick.
