The move took longer than expected.i had everything ready to go, but from the time the guys arrived until we drove away with the loaded van, it took almost hours. I lived in a townhouse and the guys who moved me the last time were a lot quicker.

First part of move was a bit awkward (+ incomplete) owing to too few staff + improper equipment (should have been foreseen by guy who did pre-move inspection). Staff on day-of were very innovative in thinking + did their best...& team came back few days later to finish the job. So I'm more than happy with how they 'pulled-it-outta-the-fire' - thus 'excellent' rated above - but this one should be used for 'lessons-learned' (as superv on 2nd-day did put it)
-only tangible critique is that movers didn't roll down protective tarp as I've seen them do before (but no big deal since not a wet day - although smudges had to be cleaned off hardwood floor)
-office staff courteous but disconnect yielded some confusion about date of move (Mon 12th vs Tues 13th), but again this got sorted out OK. Thx!

The 2 gentlemen (Flav and Anthony) were professional, efficient and extremely considerate of my furnishings. They not only ensured everything was properly protected but moved items with skill. They take pride in their work and representing Two Men and A Truck. Bonnie

The team was amazing. They were prompt, professional and took great care of all out stuff. They dealt with elevator complications on both ends of the move with a great attitude. All the fragile items arrives safely. I would recommend That Men and a Truck any time. Thank you!

For a small move I would recommend however the energy of the movers was not great.
I was also waiting for them at two different drop offs because they had stopped for a snack.
If I had know they were going to stop I may have too but found it frustrating waiting. Better communication would have helped.
