My experience was great overall, however, during my initial meeting, I was told that my railings would be wrapped and flooring protected. None of that happened. I am still trying to get the salt off of my wood floors at my old house.

Used your company four or five times in the past. Will not use you again. Sent two men and one man did 80% of the work. The other mover was very unprofessional, lazy and very negative. He should not be in the moving business as he does not understand the stress involved when a client moves and when we had trouble moving a fold up bed frame (which initially we got not get to fold he suggested leaving it and for me the client to arrange for someone else to move it) - I did not have that option and had to be out on that day - eventually I resolved the problem. Extremely disappointed and will not use your company again all due to one employee!

Previous experiences with this company have been good, so they were our only phone call.
Was a little surprised that the two lads didnandacirc;??t use the dolly more (as they had to carry pieces of furniture a bit of a distance). They were careful not to put items down on the wet and salty ground!, and were very flexible in complying with requests on which order to pack and off load the items.
