Movers were friendly , courteous, respectful and managed their time accurately. Hard working team....

It would have been a much quicker move and therefore closer to the estimate if they had used a lower truck that could have fit under the barrier above parking entrance. The movers had to walk with our items out to the roadway making the move quite long and our bill was double the estimate. Also they said they were short one man who did show up several hours after the move began.

Needed furniture removed to show a house. The guys arrived on time and did the job efficiently and were really pleasant to deal with. Great service!

I have used this company before and have been pleased with their performance.

From start to finish the guys were great! Polite, enthusiastic, and super friendly.

Here are our comments:

1) First the receipt says the arrival was est 8:30, they start past 9
2) Then we noticed that they are slow, so apparently one of the guy was sick. So he was rushed to hospital for over heat.
3) One of the cabinet was just left in the garage, I did not noticed until they left.
4) They recommend not to bring the outdoor cook stove because it will take them time to unscrew. I know we are trying to save, but that is a big piece that is very hard to move by ourselves. We requested to move any over size and heavy pieces, so I'm surprise that they would recommend not to move that.
5) One of the wall was scratched. We did not know until they left.
6) The front office was very accommodating.

We know that they work hard, but over all they could have done better.

We had a simple yet heavy job and the guys were awesome - courteous and efficient. Will definitely recommend them and use them for our next move.

Everything was fine until it came to moving my safe, I told the movers to remove the door and take it separately as the movers did when I moved in but they decided to take it all together which meant they could not take it on their truck and another truck had to be brought in at a cost to me of $ 400. over the estimated cost. The dial on the safe was damaged and I was not sure if I could get in until I unpacked the combination. The dial is very hard to turn and I am sure this would not have happened if the door was taken off in the first place.

For us they were fantastic, professional, fast, and very considerate of both the homes. The guys wrapped the furniture, used cushioned blankets on breakable items. These guys did a quick review of the job in front of them with my wife and myself. They planned their job, and went right to work. No stalling, no standing around, true professional movers.
