After having explained to the movers the importance of moving a particular piece of furniture and care needed, they broke the marble top from our cherished piece of furniture.
To add insult to injury, it has been one week and we have never been contacted or advised of the outcome of the incident.

Courteous friendly young men. Did what I asked without question.

I interviewed another moving company prior to Rob coming to give us a quote. The approach and estimate were miles apart. We were so impressed that we booked the company right away as we only had a month before our move and our belongings had to go into storage which your company provides at a reasonable rate. Then, I spoke to some friends who had used Two Men and a truck and we knew that we had made the right choice. The day of the move, they arrived on time, looked at every room to determine what had to be done and in what order. They were very professional and timely. Once the job was completed, two of the movers came in to say goodbye and wish us luck. We introduced the company to my son who is also using Two Men and a Truck as their last move was a nightmare with much damage.

Movers and office staff were amazing. I felt a little tricked by the person who came to the house to give us a quote. He offered his cell phone to answered any questions we had moving forward but did not respond to the text messages. We had to call the office to have our questions answered. We felt he lied to us to get our business but failed to communicate with us after we booked with the company.

The 3 guys,not 2,were so professional ,courteous and efficient.Would use them again and recommend them to anyone moving.

Perfect move, one of the young men found an old twenty dollar bill and quickly turned it back to us, he could have kept it. While carrying a chair into my mothers new residence, he found another twent my dollars. Turned in back to us. Service was great, on schedule. Thanks for a great job.

The movers damaged the hardwood floors that were recently done. They did not properly protect the area even though I told them to be extra careful.

They still expected me to pay them and made a damage claim. Still waiting for a call from their office.

Not pleased with the overall service and pay now and we will get back to you approach.
