Overall my experience for my move was excellent. There was a glitch with the move not being booked, but it was quickly solved by the office staff. The move itself was so much easier thanks to the care the movers took with my belongings, and their efforts to help me during a stressful move was made so much easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Overall, I felt they were good.
They missed being out box spring over.
I would recommend wearing something to cover the movers shoes... I wasnt too happy when they walked through the house with outdoor shoes on after I had spent a week cleaning our new place.
They were very polite and willing to help.

Booking person was polite and helpful and accommodating re date. Movers were prompt and polite and professional and hardworking. It was a horrible weather day, windy and raining and the young men wrapped all the furniture well and moved a heavy load without complaint in a timely fashion. Sherry

I have used you folks for moves in Oshawa and Pickering. I always recommend you to anyone who needs to move.

Overall experience was professional. Personnel doing the physical move were knowledgeable taking the necessary steps to ensure my furniture and effects were properly protected and handled without mishap. There was no damage as a result of the move. I considered the approach taken by the moving staff was equal to large moving companies that must meet high standards required of them when moving military personnel.

Our experience with your company was not as favourable as our first time. That time you gave us boxes, packing tape and even some bubble wrap to help with packing, this time nothing. Your policy of wrapping EVERYTHING in blankets and shrink wrap took too much time and in our opinion not necessary on items such as chairs, sofas, small tables, etc. That was only done on things with glass (ie. china cabinet) and antique pieces on our last move. I also asked that they clear one room at a time to keep the furniture and marked boxes together, so while in storage I could find things easier. That did not happen! 3 guys started randomly upstairs, the other 3 started in the basement. So much for my organized plan! They were, however, polite at all times and everything got moved without any damage.
