Overall experience was excellent - was disappointed with attitude of Kari on one occasion but assume she was probably having a bad day - just short with me - for example, I asked about how wall hangings were handled - the answer was that I didn't identify any in my online quote request (not what I was supposed to do with them) - I did not recall seeing anything about wall-hangings (but I accept that it's probably there and I just missed it) - just didn't leave that conversation feeling like a valued customer - however everything else about my experience was excellent and your moving staff were first rate and did an efficient and effective move for me

Our move was perfect. The three wonderful movers with the most pleasant attitudes came on time and worked so efficiently it was amazing. This was part one of our move and once we officially sell your company will be one of our first calls to book your services again. I felt as if I was given a group of teenagers that were new on the job. My fridge and basement wall was damaged. They did not have the adequate tools to disassemble my furniture and they were very slow moving. They were nice and polite and got the job done but much slower than the previous company that I used.

The crew did a great job. It was brutally hot and there was never one complaint. They had a great attitude. I had used a different moving company the last time I moved and I wasn't too happy with the experience. I would have no problem using them again or referring the company to other people.

The 3 guys that did our move were awesome. They took care moving our things and were a very happy and polite bunch. Never had a bad experience with Two Men and A Truck. Very happy, as always, with every aspect of your service

I cannot say enough about my move. The trailer we rented for storage wouldn't fit down our street we had to park it a block away and the boys had to load their truck first, drive and unload into our trailer. They were courteous, clean cut, friendly and worked very quickly but efficiently. I will and have already recommended two men and a truck!

I was pleased that the team did not use cell phones while working.

My contract was not honored. I did not receive a call from the office to confirm my move date - I called in to do so. On move day Frank & Sean introduced themselves to me, but Dan did not. I only knew his name from listening to Frank & Sean speaking to him. Dan was very negative & kept telling me all that could not be done. The house in Oshawa was damaged which I had to repair. I did not receive a final walk thru in Oshawa. I was advised they were breaking for lunch & would meet me in Scarborough. There is damage in my new home, a damage report was submitted & I have not heard back about it. It took me 4 more trips to Oshawa to finish cleaning out the house. The team was ready to leave before my bedroom was set up. I am a single woman & would have appreciated more consideration.

Packing team and moving team were both fantastic - two thumbs up! The sales guy who came out was impossible to get hold of after the first meeting - tried calling and texting but he never responded. Office staff was fantastic.

Client required move of furniture with very short notice. Your company arranged for the move despite being fully booked when I called back to office to say couldn’t get anyone else. Pleased with the extra effort.
