movers were very understanding and professional. They took excellent care of my furniture and took extreme care not to scratch or damage anything including new floors at new house.They were very considerate of my need to keep my pets safe and let me know when they were ready to move furniture into the room where the pets were located

a perfect customer service experience. the office staff was friendly and more than willing to promptly answer all our questions. the moving staff was just as customer oriented, fast, and professional. i would easily vouch for two men and a truck to my friends.

These guys are great, every thing was wrapped and well cared for, everyone knew their job and did it well, very fast and very efficient. The price was a little higher than my other quotes but decided to go with two men a truck because they came highly recommended, I guess you get what you pay for.

The movers left alot of my stuff behind and I had to pay someone to move it to my new place on top of the almost 1300.00 dollar bill. They bad mother me to my neighbor's saying nothing was organized and was a mess. This is untrue as I had packed most of my stuff and had it stacked neatly and organized.
They did damage to my new home by forcing a dresser and a mirror up my stairs( I have pics) . My new place was completely refone from top to bottom and now my stairs need repairing. The movers also left two moving dollies at my old place which I have. I was completely dissatisfied with this service and will not be referring anyone to use this company.

As you see from above, I thought you guys provided good service overall. But you dropped the ball at the end. I secured a written quote from your representative based on an actual visual inspection of items to be moved. Nothing changed except the bill I was presented with after move complete. About 30% higher than the quote! That was unacceptable and it was eventually reduced. I'm in the contracting business so I can't say I'm surprised ... but I am disappointed you would try. Come on man! Thought you guys were better than that. Won't refer an organization I can't trust. Hope you guys learn from this.

Exceptional service ...Steve, James and Dan were awesome. Felt like I had acquaintances or friends helping me not once during the process did I feel like I was dealing with strangers .

The team was good. There were two items damage in the move, so waiting to see how they get fixed and returned.

My team of movers were the absolute best! They made the day as easy as possible for me. I will definitely use two men and a truck again!!!

The gentlemen that moved us Dan , Daniel , and Nathan ( I believe were there names ) went above and beyond their duty to please us . Very courteous , polite, very cautious with all our stuff . They made our move as easy as possible . A big thank you to all. !!!!!
