Everything was excellent. The Two Men and a Truck team were extremely professional, courteous and flexible.

Overall I was happy with the service. Movers were on time, fairly efficient, friendly however they did break something that was special to my daughter so there were some tears, which was unfortunate.

All good if more expensive than I would have liked.

We couldn't be more pleased with the overall service provided.
A SMOOTH MOVE!

Very satisfied with the service. Staff were great and professional.

The timing of the move was flexible so it was very easy to schedule. The truck and moving crew arrived exactly on time, introduced themselves and were ready to start. They were well prepared to wrap and protect the furniture. Troy, Nathan and Dan were also helpful and respectful of other seniors within White Cliffe Terrace . The boxes and furniture were positioned / set up safely (I supplied new felt pads for legs to be applied as required) in my home. A job well done. Thank you.

The 3 movers were punctual, polite, very hard working and efficient. We could not have asked for a better team and will ask for the same team when we do a second phase of our move-out shortly. We did experience a problem in that the weight (but not the size) of the cargo exceeded the capacity of the truck that was sent to do the job, but a second truck and additional mover were promptly sent to deal with the problem and (as had been promised) we were not charged more than 10% beyond the original estimate, a result with which we were quite satisfied in the circumstances. We stress that this problem with weight capacity was no reflection on the quality or attitude of the team of movers, who did their very best to be accommodating in every respect.

Movers arrived on time and delivered moving items efficiently.

An easy move, mainly boxes - no furniture, still brought the big truck, but didn’t really need it. The crew was on time, efficient, courteous. Everything arrived safely, in good condition, boxes placed in the areas as labelled. No breakage at all. Door to door in basically 2 hours. The three hour minimum got me, felt a bit pricy as it was pretty easy for them. Would use the service again though as felt very comfortable with the team overall - from the office staff to the three guys that conducted the move.

From the quote to the truck leaving our new home, everything was done in a professional manner. The 3 men arrived on time, wrapped all our belongings and arrived at the new house. They placed the furniture, dishes, etc. where we wanted. This saved us time and effort. All in all an excellent experience. We would recommend Two Men and a Truck to our friends and family.
